Rehabilitation Services for the Blind (RSB)

Missouri's state agency providing vocational rehabilitation, independent living services, adaptive skills training, and assistive technology for blind and visually impaired Missourians. RSB is the primary state resource for Missourians experiencing vision loss.

American Council of the Blind (ACB)

MCB's national affiliate organization. ACB advocates at the federal level for blind Americans, maintains dozens of special-interest affiliates, and hosts a major annual national convention. MCB members benefit from ACB's national programs and advocacy.

National Library Service for the Blind (NLS)

A free Library of Congress program providing braille and audio books, magazines, and music scores to eligible blind and print-disabled Americans. Missouri residents enroll through the Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library.
