The Missouri Council of the Blind is governed by an elected Board of Directors representing the interests of blind and visually impaired Missourians across the state.
Board members are dedicated advocates — many blind or visually impaired themselves — bringing lived experience and deep community knowledge to every decision. Board members are elected by MCB membership and serve two-year terms. Affiliate representatives serve as liaisons between local chapters and the state board.
