Keep Your MCB Membership Current
Renewing your MCB membership ensures your access to all eight assistance programs stays active at full member rates. Annual renewal is just $20.
MCB's membership year runs January 1 through December 31 annually. Members who renew before December 31 maintain continuous access to all programs and benefits with no interruption. If your membership lapses, non-member benefit rates will apply to program grants until renewal is processed.

Membership Year
MCB's membership year runs January 1 through December 31 each calendar year, regardless of when you joined.
Renew Early
MCB encourages members to renew before December 31 to avoid any gap in benefit eligibility at the start of the new year.
If Membership Lapses
A lapsed membership means non-member benefit rates apply to program grants (e.g., 25% adaptive tech vs. 50%) until renewal is processed.
Reinstating a Lapsed Membership
If your MCB membership has lapsed, you can reinstate it at any time by submitting the $20 annual fee. Reinstated members regain full member benefit rates immediately upon processing.
