MCB Local Affiliates Across Missouri

The Missouri Council of the Blind serves blind and visually impaired Missourians through a network of local affiliate chapters spanning the entire state.

Whether you live in St. Louis, Kansas City, Cape Girardeau, or a rural Missouri community, there's likely an MCB affiliate near you — a welcoming group of peers who understand the challenges and joys of life with vision loss. Joining a local affiliate is the most direct way to connect with your blind community, access MCB's programs, and add your voice to statewide advocacy efforts.
