- Friday, July 23: Day-long tours, with other tours throughout the convention week.
- Saturday, July 24: Exhibit hall opens; opening in-person general session will be held Saturday evening.
- Wednesday, July 28: Exhibit hall closes.
- Thursday, July 29: Banquet will be held Thursday night.
- Friday, July 30: Day-long tours.
- Special-interest affiliates, committees, and business partners will hold sessions throughout the convention.
