On March 28, 2010, we will be fortunate to have as our guest Judy Burch,
Rehabilitation Teacher from the Missouri Rehabilitation Services for the
Blind. Some of the topics we hope to cover may include: chopping techniques,
slicing methods, effective ways to peel fruits and vegetables, browning
ground meat or poultry, turning items in a skillet, making pancakes, and
separating an egg. Bring your questions and comments! This will be a program
for novice and advanced cooks alike!

If you are a first-time user of the Talking Communities online conferencing
