Do you know about the CD set made for us that's all about Yoga?
I got it at the last ACB convention.  On this week's show, listen to the
creators of this wonderful package, a labor of love, for sure.  Yoga,
explained for people who are blind, a package so thoughtfully put together.
There's a CD with instructions for what other instructors can do to make
yoga instructions easier for people who are blind/visually impaired to
understand.

It's a five-CD package.  I personally think that anyone who takes the time
to help us get more into our bodies, to take charge and take care of
ourselves deserves to be recognized, so a special thanks to Marty Klein and
Gretchen Hein for doing this wonderful work!
