The original Bobby service is no longer available.  It started in 1995 as
a free service and became a paid service in 2004 after it was sold to
another company.  In 2007 it was acquired by IBM, which eventually shut it
down.  The phrase Bobby Approved was never trademarked and several web
design companies use the phrase Bobby Approved to generate business.
