[Missouri-l] Your patience is needed

Dear listers,

Your patience is greatly needed.
I know many of you are wanting an update to the Blind Pension litigation and have contacted our attorney, Debbie Greider to request an update.
Please understand that it costs MCB money every time someone calls her.
So we ask for your patient indulgence and ask that you no longer call Debbie for updates.
Even though I gave a Blind Pension update on Monday nights MCB Board teleconference, I have been waiting for Debbie to e-mail me a better account from that which I had given to the Board.
I realize that many of you were not able to listen into last Monday evening's conference call, but you should be able to check with your Board rep for the update that I gave.
Debbie has told me that she is extremely busy with other MCB business but has assured me that she will get me an actual account of where we are at with regard to the litigation.
I have spoken with Debbie as recently as yesterday evening and she promised to get me an update sometime today.
Again, we ask for you to be a little more patient and as soon as Debbie gets a free moment, she will e-mail the litigation committee an update, and as chairman of the committee, I will then immediately forward it to the list.
