[Missouri-l] Board Restructuring

All,

 

                I have been approached by a couple of MCB members to address
a restructuring of the board.  

Is our board getting too big and unmanageable?  

Do we need to have a board rep from each affiliate?

Is the membership ready for a change of this kind?

Should we have regional representative to serve on the board in pplace of
one from each affiliate?

Should the regional affiliate elect their representative or should the
entire membership elect board representatives the same way we do our
directors?

How many board members should serve on the MCB board?

 

These are questions I would like to hear some feedback on.  All and any
input, either positive or negative is welcome.  You may even want to ask
these questions to your affiliate so we can get a better understanding of
what the concensus of the membership is.
