[Missouri-l] Board Meetings

I will have to take full responsibility for not announcing the board meeting
would be streamed last night. I didn't know until yesterday for sure that
it would be streamed and then I got sidetracked and failed to post the
information. I apologize and will make sure it is done for the next one.

I also agree that regional districts of some sort would be excellent.
I think board meetings should be more open. If I would have known about the
one last night, I would have listened to it.
