[Missouri-l] MCB Connect

The MCB Connect which is normally held on the third Sunday of each month
will instead be held on Monday, January 25 at 7:00 PM.

This month will be inviting members of the Missouri chapter of NFB to join
us.  Missouri NFB president Gary Wunder has agreed to be with us on that
conference call and we are looking forward to establishing a dialog between
MCB and NFb.  Our goal is to collaborate on issues that both organizations
agree on to help the blind community of Missouri.

                This will not be a time for talking about the differences in
the two organizations.  We all realize that there are philosophical
differences in the organizations but those topics will not be addressed.

                I am sure that all participants will act professionally and
adhere to the agenda for the conference call.  Chip Hailey will be the
moderator and I hope each person will show him courtesy as he moderates this
call.

250486#.  As always, if you do not have unlimited long distance and would
like to participate in the conference call, please let me know by Sunday,
January 24 and I will see to it that you are connected.

The purpose of Missouri Council of the Blind shall be to promote the general
well-being of our members and legally blind people in Missouri, and to
support or participate in other programs promoting the best interests of
legally blind people everywhere.
