[Missouri-l] MCB Legislative Days

Dear listers,



I would like to ask all of the affiliate legislative reps to please contact the MCB office as soon as possible to let them know that you will be your affiliate's rep.  Also, we will need to know whether you and your guide will be attending our MCB Legislative Days in Jefferson City and we ask that you make your reservations with the MCB office as soon as possible.  This information will also be helpful in providing name tags for everyone who will be in attendance.

 

Also, even if you are not your affiliate's legislative rep but would like to join us for this very important legislative event, please contact me as soon as possible at the telephone numbers or e-mail  given below and we will see what we can do to make accommodations for you.



We need as many of you who can to please make plans to join us.



The date for our MCB Legislative Days will be February 16-17, 2010 at the Hotel DeVille.  The legislative meeting will begin on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.  Here's the contact information to the Hotel De Ville should you need it:

Conveniently located in the Downtown area, it is two blocks from the State Capitol Building.

 

I am very pleased to announce that we will have our legislative breakfast in Hearing Room 1 of the Capitol.  Hearing Room 1 is located in the basement next to the Hawthorn Room (Capitol cafeteria).  The breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m. and we hope to have another great turnout.

 

Please remember that dinner on Tuesday evening will be on your own and the breakfast on Wednesday morning will be over at the Capitol.
