Last week, we completed part 1 of a 2 part show with our guests, Rick and 
Deb Cook Lewis. They  have had the unique and  painful  experience of being 
care givers for the past three years for their very good friend Ann McCay. 
The story of her diagnosis and subsequent progression of brain cancer is in 
part 1 of this two part Books And Beyond.
Tonight, we will continue  the  discussion with a focus  on the stages of 
the dying  process.  What was it like for Ann? What should caregivers 
notice? How can they prepare for what will happen when life comes to an end? 
How does the process of dying affect those who care for a dying person? How 
can grief be handled?How do roles in relationships change as control and 
abilities  diminish?
