[Missouri-l] Affiliate By-laws

Are there any affiliates that have a copy of their by-laws or their
constitution in electronic format?  There is a group of people that want to
form a new affiliate and I need to send them some sample by-laws for them to
glean ideas from for theirs.  If you have a copy in a Word document or other
format, please send it to me so I can pass it on to them.
