[Missouri-l] Bylaws Committee Meeting

I just want to remind anyone interested in the Bylaws that the Bylaws Committee meeting on Friday morning will start at 10:00, not 10:30 as stated in the agenda. It will be in the same room as the Education and Welfare meeting.Because of the late minuyte change, I don't expect that we will be able to start right at 10:00 but I would like to get started as soon as we can since we have to be done by 11:30. it is going to be hard to get through all of the amendments in the time we have and still give people a chance to talk but we will do our besst. Members who are not on the committee will be allowed to speak as time permits but time is short so you may have to save your comments until the amendments are presented on the floor. Amendments will be the first order of business on Saturday morning so come on time and be ready to debate and vote. See you on Friday morning at 10:00.
