[Missouri-l] MCB Conference Room Policy

I was asked by the Building Committee to post the following information.
Let me know if any of you have any questions.  If I don't know the answer,

All blind organizations are welcome to use the conference room at no fee but
donations are welcome. Any other organizations or persons are welcome to use
the conference room at a fee and a security deposit will be required at time
of rental which is refundable if there is no damage. All organization or
person that use the conference room are responsible for any damage or loss
incurred. A building committee member needs to be present during the use of
the room unless otherwise stated. All rules and regulation must be adhered
to by all people, you may receive a copy of the rules by contacting the
office. Our main objective is to keep the building clean, safe, and
accessible to all people especially MCB members.
