[Missouri-l] state donations for the blind?

I also got my renewal notice.  I was wanting to know what that was about too. It says $1 Blind   $1 Organ and then $10 WWII Memorial .  I plan to call the license office here in Sedalia and ask.

    I just received the renewal application for my car liscense.  On the form, a line stated would I like to donate to the blind.  Does anyone know anything about this?  If someone donates, where does the money go?
