[Missouri-l] Is this spam?

I received a e-mail from Strathmore Who's Who saying that I had been nominated to be registered in their book.  Is this Spam or a scam?  The e-mail was addressed to me and used my first name.  It also had a form to be filled out which I did not do.  Has anyone heard of this company?
