[Missouri-l] problem loging on BARD site

Is anyone else having problems logging onto the NLLS BARD web site?  I followed the instructions very carefully but I get, sorry, log in failed.  Another friend tried it on my computer and had the same results.  I have contacted Wolfner and sent an e-mail to the NLS but they only told me to do what I had already done.  Any suggestions?
