As most of you already know, the MCB board has hired Kathleen Lee to assist
us with establishing a strategic plan. Ms. Lee will be joining us on the
MCB Connect Sunday, June 28 at 2:00 PM. Normally the MCB Connect is held on
the third Sunday but due to that date being Father's Day we have moved it to
the fourth Sunday.
Ms. Lee will be outlining the procedure we will take to
assimilate the strategic plan and will also be asking for input from the
membership. We will want to know where you would like to see MCB in the
next few years. The strategic plan will map a direction we want to go,
establish goals and incorporate a strategy on reaching those goals.
This will be the first step in drawing up the strategic plan
and it is essential that you as a member of MCB have your input. Please
join us at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 28. The number to call is a toll number
but if you want to join us and do not have unlimited long distance, please
let me know and I will make sure you are connected to the conference. The
call in number is: 616-712-8000 and the pass code is: 250486#. My number
is: 888-362-1383. Please share this information with others that may not be
on this list serve.
Thanks and hope to see you on the MCB Connect.
