[Missouri-l] Strategic Plan

We had our first strategic plan conference call this past Monday and
although we didn't accomplish as much as I had hoped we would, we did get
the process started.  We will have our next conference call next Tuesday,
August 4.  

In preparation for this conference call I am going to ask that you take a
few minutes and answer this question.

What are the three most important issues facing MCB at this time.  Please
reply to this message and indicate what you feel those issues are.  Please
list them in the order of importance to you.

For example if you believe that finances is the most important issue facing
MCB at this time, public relations is the second most important issue and
new members is the third, then list them like this in your reply.

1.     Finances

2.      Public Relations

3.      New Members

I hope as many of you as possible will respond with yur input. If you have
already been asked this question by one of the strategic planning committee
members and you gave them your answer then there is no need to reply to me.
