[Missouri-l] Second Vice President

Due to health reasons our Second Vice President, Franklin Johnson has
resigned effective immediately from this position.  I will be appointing
someone before our next board meeting to serve in his place.  The person I
select will need to be approved by the board and will serve in that position
until October.  This will mean that in addition to electing a treasurer and
three board of directors during our next convention, we will also need to
elect a new Second Vice President.

 

                I want to thank Franklin for the services he performed while
in this position.  He will be very difficult to replace.  Thank you Franklin
for the work you did for myself and MCB.
