Small but growing not-for-profit serving individuals with disabilities in
St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren & St. Louis counties seeks a Business Manager
20-25 hours per week.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*        Develop, implement & monitor budgets; accurate & timely reporting
of financial information

*        Bill funding sources and submit necessary documentation

*        Supervision of accounting & payroll staff, office manager

*        Negotiate leases and contracts

*         Facility management

Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria:

*        Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing & implementing
budgets, financial reporting, establishing financial requirements and
systems

*        Excellent computer skills and software knowledge to include Word,
Excel, QuickBooks, 

*        Demonstrated time management skills; ability to manage multiple
priorities and interruptions

*        Ability to read, write and speak English in an understandable
manner

*        Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

*        Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years relevant job experience

*        2 years supervisory experience
