[Missouri-l] Kathey Wheeler's ACB Lifetime Membership

Nicely done Mr. president!  I'm sure folks who were not able to 
attend the National Convention and were unable to hear Kathey's 
acceptance speech will appreciate hearing her sppeech.  I for one 
enjoyed hearing it again.  Congratulations again Kathey!
