I frequently access http://www.needymeds.com to get coupons, 
patient
assistance program applications and information on discount 
pharmacy
programs.  They don't charge for their service--and you can check 
on state
specific programs, disease specific or by brand or generic name 
of a
medication.  You can also click through to the actual application 
in many
cases.
They also have listings of health clinics in some areas of the 
country.
The website works well with JAWS.
