[Missouri-l] ACB and NFB

Dear Listers,
 
I have a new job.  My so-called office is actually a cube.  There  is 
another new co-worker who is blind.  I overheard her tell a caller the  reason 
why she refuses to join ACB is because it discriminates.  What she  meant was 
ACB does not allow members to be also a member of NFB.  I believe  NFB has 
the same practice that their members cannot join ACB.  I did not  get 
involved with her conversation, but if this is so, why is it so that people  cannot 
maintain duel memberships?
