[Missouri-l] Ziegler Magazine

Does anyone know what is going on with the Ziegler Magazine? The new weekly format was supposed to start this week but it didn't come out. When I sent an email to the address given to ask about it, it came back as undeliverable. Nothing new has been posted to their web site since November 23, over two weeks ago. John
