Colleagues:

 

During the ACB Post-Convention Board of Directors meeting, we agreed to move
up the process of developing and finalizing our 2010 budget such that it is
in place on January 1st, rather than following our Midyear Board meeting in
February.

 

Therefore, the Board discussion and vote relative to the 2010 budget will
take place via Board teleconference, not in open session during the
aforementioned Midyear meeting.  In order to keep the budget process as
transparent as possible, I am announcing that this meeting will be open for
you to observe.  While we will not take general comments from observers,
committee and project chairpersons may give their input.  The meeting will
likely run close to three hours and there is a good chance that a second
meeting, either Wednesday or Thursday evening will be required.

 

The Board meeting will take place Tuesday evening, December 15th, beginning
at 5:00 PM. Pst, 6 MST, 7 CST, and 8:00 PM EST.  Please call (605) 715-4920
