We are seeking people ages 55 - 90 yrs old diagnosed with "Wet 
AMD" to
participate in a nationwide clinical market study.

The purpose of these interviews is to gain insight into the 
patient's
perspective in an effort to improve treatments and resources 
available.

15 minute telephone interviews can be scheduled 11/30 through 
12/4 between
8AM & 8PM (EST)

Participants receive $50 (check mailed)

All information gained is reported anonymous respecting patient's
confidentiality rights and for the purpose of research only.
