  Okay  I know those darn old payday loans are no good but sometimes they are a need...
 Yesterday I went to one, I had all the needed documentations  as I had called ahead to see what I had to have . This to save my sighted helper some work when we went.

  The lady at  the counter told me she was sorry but she could not give me one as I could not see to read the contract so there was no need to fill out the application for the process, I of course said I understood and that is why I brought along a sighted helper so  they could read it to me aloud and I could sign as I knew there would be a application to fill out ect. the Person at the counter said that would not do as     she had to be sure I could comprehend the  documents being read to me.. I chuckled at this point and said oh  it is only my eyes that are broken the rest of my brain functions nicely.

  The lady then said she would need to talk to her  supervisor  .. the lady returned after a long wait and I was told that if I can not see to read the document and  sign it  I could not recieve their services..


 Who should I contact? I know this had to be blaton discrimination and the sad part is I make about  seven hundred dolllars every two weeks and was only seeking a  eighty dollar pay day loan  ..

  I did get the monies I needed as a loan from a friend however   it is the point that how dare they say  because I can not see I can not get a loan and  deniy me to even fill out the paper work or denie me to have the document  read to me aloud.
