Dear Advisory Council Colleagues,

As most of you are members of the Friends of Wolfner Library, I want to remind you that the Friends are now selling hooded zipper-front, navy blue, light-weight jackets decorated with Wolfner Library logo, much like our magnet logo, with the addition of Wolfner Friends in jumbo Braille. The cost for members is $12 for adult sizes and $10 for children and youth sizes. These prices are well below what we paid for them as we think they will draw attention to the Friends when we wear them. Several people have told me that they are attractive enough to wear to work. I wore one at the Collection Development meeting in D.C. and got very nice compliments. They would make great Christmas presents and would be very nice for children and youth to wear to school as the weather gets cooler.

Please let me know if you would like one or more and give me the size(s) that you require so I can bring them to the Advisory Council meeting. Please have your check made out to the Friends of Wolfner Library or cash. Please let me know by Wednesday of this coming week so that I can get them ready to bring.

If you are not a member and would like to join, an individual membership is $5, family membership is $10, student membership is $3. I will bring applications which we can complete to get you on our newsletter mailing list.
