[Missouri-l] youth conference

Below you will find a note as to how each affiliate can continue to support the efforts of the youth conference.

Thank you and your affiliate for getting involved I thought I would list some ways you guys could help so as to make it easier to discuss.

Sponsoring:
Your affiliate may take care of a parent's expenses for the weekend.  They will be responsible for $35 per parent.
The affiliate could also sponsor part of a meal or the social hour or the refreshments for the weekend.
Door prizes:
Your affiliate may also try and find door prizes to be given away during the weekend.
Transportation:
If enough people are going from your area your affiliate may want to offset the cost of transportation from MCB.
General donation:
Your affiliate may want to just donate a monetary gift to be used in anyway.
