ok at the risk of having my head cut off I am posting this as an FYI for
those in St Louis. There is a hearing Wed about the emergencie funding 
for Metro thru the house.  The link below will take you to a page where
you can get contact information for each of the members of the
committtee.  Please contact them.

To those of you in Kansas City and beyond I am looking at your issues as

There is a Missouri House Appropriations Committee on Transportation
meeting Wednesday at noon to hear a request for a special appropriation
of $35 million to Metro. A link to committee members is listed below.
Contacting these members plus House Speaker Ron Richards and Rep. Steve
Hobbs who has been assigned by the speaker to look into this issue and
Alan Icet who chairs the budget committee are all a priority.
