Whereas, for approximately ten years copies of the Treasurer´s and Auditor´s reports were made available to the Executive Board, the Affiliates and any member of the Missouri Council of the Blind who desired them; and
Whereas, this practice is no longer being followed:

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the MCB, in Convention assembled on this 13th day of October, 1985, that, in order for the membership to become more familiar with the financial workings of the MCB, copies of the Treasurer´s and Auditor´s reports be made available to the Executive Board, the Affiliates and to any MCB member who desires them; and

Be It Further Resolved that these copies be distributed as soon as possible after November 1; and

Be It Further Resolved that implementation of this resolution begin immediately.
